The blend is equal parts Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, and Clairette. Together, they create a wine that has a complex mouth-feel that finishes with a nice refreshing acidity.

We aimed for maximum drinkability in our blend, and accordingly, you’ll find plenty of hedonistic purple-tinged fruit in this wine, along with a hint of wild herbs and lovely floral notes akin to lavender and violet.

This dark, autumnal rosé is a beacon of tradition in a sea of paler styles.

Stony, spicy, and dense, it evokes red berries, watermelon, and garrigue and offers a beautiful accompaniment to a wide range of dishes.

The complexity and depth of this wine is driven by the 60-80 year old Grenache vines reaching deep down into the clay and limestone soils.
