2023 Bourgogne Blanc
France | Burgundy
A thirst-quenching, spirit-lifting, and downright delicious white Burgundy.
2023 Fixin “Crais de Chêne”
France | Burgundy
Fixin is known as the “rustic cousin” to Gevrey-Chambertin, but Bouvier’s Crais de Chêne is refined and easy to adore—it is fruit-forward, balanced, and vibrant.
2023 Bourgogne Rouge “Champs Cadet”
France | Burgundy
This is young Pinot at its best: aromatic, expressive, and a true pleasure to drink.
2017 Mazoyères Chambertin Grand Cru
France | Burgundy
More Morey-like than the Charmes, with more muscle and spice. The grandest and longest-aging wine in this collection.
2023 Vézelay “La Piècette”
France | Burgundy
It has all the best of Vézelay: a fresh, floral, citrusy attack, followed by warm and textured charm.
2023 Morey Saint Denis “En la Rue de Vergy”
France | Burgundy
The wine is firmly structured and robust, with dark, plump fruit that tastes fresh and utterly drinkable.
2023 Bouzeron Aligoté
France | Burgundy
Aligoté may actually be an even more precise conduit for Burgundian terroir than Chardonnay.
2025 Beaujolais Nouveau
France | Beaujolais
Limited Quantities! ~ Valentin Montanet’s rendition has guts, but it sure is kickin’, too, with loads of cherries and heaps of joy.
2023 Chablis “Vauprin”
France | Burgundy
Vauprin showcases Chardonnay’s ability to produce a wine that is simultaneously both round and taut in this mighty northern Burgundian terroir.
2024 Petit Chablis
France | Burgundy
Lemon zest, star fruit, wet stone, and white flowers all coat the palate in a bonedry, vitalizing, and immensely enjoyable wine.

About The Region
Burgundy
In eastern central France, Burgundy is nestled between the wine regions of Champagne to the north, the Jura to the east, the Loire to the west, and the Rhône to the south. This is the terroir par excellence for producing world-class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The southeast-facing hillside between Dijon in the north and Maranges in the south is known as the Côte d’Or or “golden slope.” The Côte d’Or comprises two main sections, both composed of limestone and clay soils: the Côte de Nuits in the northern sector, and the Côte de Beaune in the south. Both areas produce magnificent whites and reds, although the Côte de Beaune produces more white wine and the Côte de Nuits more red.
Chablis is Burgundy’s northern outpost, known for its flinty and age-worthy Chardonnays planted in Kimmeridgian limestone on an ancient seabed. Vézelay is a smaller area south of Chablis with similar qualities, although the limestone there is not Kimmeridgian.
To the south of the Côte de Beaune, the Côte Chalonnaise extends from Chagny on its northern end, down past Chalon-sur-Saône and encompasses the appellations of Bouzeron in the north, followed by Rully, Mercurey, Givry, and Montagny.
Directly south of the Chalonnaise begins the Côte Mâconnais, which extends south past Mâcon to the hamlets of Fuissé, Vinzelles, Chaintré, and Saint-Véran. The Mâconnais is prime Chardonnay country and contains an incredible diversity of soils.

A good doctor prescribed the wine of Nuits-Saint-Georges to the Sun King, Louis XIV, when he suffered an unknown maladie. When the king’s health was restored the tasty remedy enjoyed a vogue at court. Lord, send me a doctor like that!
