2025 Langhe Arneis
Italy | Piedmont
I fell in love with Arneis almost two decades ago while buying wine for restaurant lists. A delicately floral white with a burst of brightness and touch of green grass, it’s gulpable, food-friendly, and just enough off-the-beaten-path to pique interest—all at a fair price. Marco Tintero’s rendition offers a more elevated nose with aromas of white peach and guava, while staying decidedly lean on the palate. It’s a perfect aperitivo, and while Marco might serve it alongside an impressive platter of antipasti or a salad showered with freshly shaved truffle, a bowl of olives and some salty cheese will do just fine.
2024 Côtes du Rhône Rouge
France | Southern Rhône
Not everything can be iconic, despite what the internet would have you believe. And yet, in a humble corner of our portfolio, you can find perhaps our most iconic red. Dare I say, there is no better house wine? Best bought by the case, it’s unreasonably delicious year after year.
Sourced from Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne, just a stone’s throw away from its more famous namesake, the wine shines with quintessential southern Rhône qualities: dark fruit, bramble, and a vibrant freshness that feels as effortless when paired with a sumptuous braise (don’t forget to add a generous splash of the bottle to the sauce) as it does slightly chilled from an ice bucket on a warm day.
If I were to put together a mixed case of our greatest hits, this bottle would make the cut every time. It’s a classic, through and through.
