Enter the wines of Régis Bouvier, a talented grower whose deft hand brings to life cuvées with a decidedly strong sense of place. After a series of not-so-great harvests in terms of yields, 2018 was a welcome one, offering an abundance of beautifully mature grapes with richer concentration.
