Please treat gift cards like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards, nor are we required to replace them. Gift cards are transferable but may not be resold. Promotional gift cards, credits, and discounts may have expiration dates as allowed by law, and these will be clearly disclosed in the promotional material. You may not use a gift card or promo code toward the purchase of a gift card. Gift cards can only be used on new purchases of in-stock items and may not be used for any subscription-based purchases such as wine clubs. We reserve the right to cancel a gift card and associated orders if we believe that the card was obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms.
