Since day one, several decades ago, when Kermit began working with the Boillot and Chevillon families, they’ve provided us with earthy, complex, thought-provoking wines true to their terroirs and tradition. And the more things change (in Burgundy), the more things stay the same (with Boillot and Chevillon), thankfully.
