A perfect treat when you want an ounce or two of something special. Macvin is a local tradition in the Jura that can serve as both an aperitif or a digestif. It has a golden, nutty quality from the marc (essentially grappa) that's mixed with a pure and concentrated grape must. Redolent of candied fruits, and sweet citrus, this is a nectar unlike anything we import.
